Já o sabiam há muito. Era pelas leis da Física que as suas contas batiam sempre certo. Não havia equação que ficasse por resolver quando o desejo lhes falava. E era certo que estranhos fenómenos aconteciam com a proximidade dos corpos. Mãos, beijos, pele e saliva. Faziam descobrir poderosos campos electro-magnéticos que lhes controlavam movimentos, sons e vontades. Como se não houvesse sequer outra hipótese. Nada se perdia e tudo se transformava. Desafiavam teorias. Revolucionavam descobertas. Partes dele que orgulhosamente contrariavam a força da gravidade. E sistemas hidráulicos que magicamente se accionavam nela.
Depois era só juntar as variáveis e deixar fluir a termo-dinâmica do momento. Testavam-se todas as fórmulas e inventavam-se mais umas quantas.

Perverso...? Isso é relativo.

After accounting for socioeconomic differences, men aged over 60 from 140 countries that practice polygamy to varying degrees lived on average 12% longer than men from 49 mostly monogamous nations, says Virpi Lummaa, an ecologist at the University of Sheffield, UK....

Uma parceria com The Perry Bible Fellowship

Well, J and I got home, and I thought that all was well, because the servers in the garage were humming along. Turns out that the house is on battery right now, and the power appears to have gone out about 20 minutes before we got home.

It must be local, since the cable modem is routing packets (though it's also on battery backup here at the house). PSE says many local outages in our county, but no estimates - over 3000 customers out in our grid. That's really odd, considering cable has power all the way up the line.

Oh well, where's my book?
